Meetings with Mstislav Rostropovich

Uzi had a special relationship with Mstislav Rostropovich. Although they did not meet frequently, they were in contact over many years. Rostropovich invited Uzi to be on the Jury of his Cello competition in Paris, as well as taking part in the World Cello Congress in Washington in 1988.
